Can Prometrium s/e vanish one cycle?

I've been taking 200mg orally (squishy yellow ones) 1xday and figured, since nothing is working anyhow right now, that I'd try them vaginally as some ladies have recommended. I usually get MONSTROUS aching bb's but this month I have none at 7dpo! Is that why? Even when I wasn't on the meds I would at least be fuller after o. (Of course, we all know that I'm hoping that the absence of monstrous bb's means I'm pg!)
