Good morning Girls! It seems overall everyone is doing good. Kelly so sorry about your morning sickness. I heard that snacking often helps with morning sickness. That could be an old wives tale though. I also know hwat you mean about the rain. We had rain 9 days then 2 days of sun now more rain!! Welcome to all the newbies. DH came home last night after being away for 2 nights. I really missed him. I am soooo happy he is home. Treysmommy, Is it definately BFN? If so I am sorry. I dream of the day I can show DH a BFP! I know exactly how I would tell my mom and dad and the rest of the family. It seems so far away though. I am either cd 21 or cd 24. Does anyone use the clearblue easy monitor? When you need to start a new cycle do you press the "m" button and start cd1?

Oh I forgot to mention that I have a big decision to make this morning. Sorry this does not have anything really to do with ttc. Right now I only work 20 hours a week as a personal banker. I get full benefits and 3 weeks vacation! I was asked yesterday if I would like to go full time and take a different position as a Sales and Service Specialist. I would be doing teller, personal banker and handling maintenance issues (basically). I am comfortable the way things are but would love to be able to save more $ and have a little extra spending $. I think I am going to ask for an increase of $1-$1.50. It is a big step. I haven't worked full time in over a year. I enjoyed the past year and things have settled down for me and DH. DH doesn't want me to do it but will support whatever decision I make. I think I am going to express my interest. I really love where I work and the people I work with. Not everyone can say that. Well thanks for letting me blabber about this. It is just weighing heavy on my mind. Oh I talked to my boss and ttc and time I may need off for appt's or whatever. She said they would be as flexible as possible. I know she will because she had trouble conceiving her first years ago. She cannot have anymore now. She is only 34! Her and her DH are going to adopt as soon as DCYS has a match for her. So I feel confident it will be ok. Well thanks for "listening" again. Have a great day ladies.

Good Morning all, can't talk too long this morning, Fridays are really busy at work for me ... Kathy, I think that you should go for it, you don't want to pass up on a good career opportunity, do you? I'm glad to hear that DH will support your decision, there's nothing worse than hearing when they won't support our decisions ... and hey, big bonus, more spending money!!! Will post again later on ... where's Katt?

GOOD MORNING GIRLS. OKAY, I'M NOT GONNA GET MY HOPES UP BUT I TESTED AGAIN THIS MORNING AND I THINK I SAW A VERY VERY VERY FAINT POSITIVE LINE. ITS LIKE YOU HAVE TO STRAIN YOUR EYES REALLY HARD TO SEE IT AND BE IN GOOD LIGHT. BUT I'M 13DPO SHOULDN'T SOMETHING BESIDES A FAINT LINE SHOW UP? IT COULD BE AN EVAP LINE THOUGH. SO I'M NOT GONNA GET TOO HAPPY ABOUT IT. WELL, I'LL TEST AGAIN IN THE MORNING TO MAKE SURE. ***BABYDUST***

Treysmommy - got my fingers crossed for you!! wannabeamom, I think it all depends on your stress level really. You like your job and the people there, so maybe you would enjoy full time. In my opinion (whatever that's worth) the money isn't nearly as important as your health. So if it would stress you out to work more hours I don't think it's worth it. However, if you would enjoy it and not feel overworked, go for it! As for me, I recently stopped working because we are moving in a month and dh doesn't have any extra time at all. I had to do all the back and forth looking at houses, all the banking appoinments, all the repairs alone, so it was just too much while working. I even had to pick out our new house - signed a contract and all without him ever seeing it! scary! Anyway, it has been so much less stress since I quit. I did like my job too, but all the work was taking a toll on me. Besides all that I do all the cleaning cooking, paying bills, taking care of pets/shopping/home and car maintenance.... it was just too much.

ROBYN - May 19

Good morning girls... How is everyone this morning. <treysmommy fingers are crossed for you> <wannabeamom> do what you feel is right I have been at my job for 17 years in law enforcement and let me tell you up until 2 years ago I was pretty content. I have NEVER been so unhappy in my life at work. Tonite is my 1st night back in 2 weeks since the wedding. I work midnites with wed-thurs off. IT absolutely makes me ill to go there. A veteran with these hours and days off. No holidays, shift work, have to beg to get a day off, on call and in Florida with our hurricanes you are mandated to work during the storms and cannot even be with your family. I have a child they dont give a s$$t!!! My now DH told me last night as soon as I get PG if I can manage the 9 months than I wont have to work. We are building a beautiful new home it should be ready in month. He just wants us to get in the house. Financially we will be fine he does well and my money does help but he said we should be fine. So when it comes to work I believe your happiness, health, family and most of all sanity comes first. As for the stuff in life. My RE's nurse called me yesterday. Told me if no AF by the 22nd of May come in for a blood test. I have no signs right now of AF yesterday was some cramping but nothing major. They also told me depending on the person its might be too early to still test for a positive. I am still BFN. They also told me that my dr said after next month if no BFP after round 3 and a trigger shot than he will reevalute and go more aggressive. So we will see. Anyway all have a great day. **baby dust**

kelley32 - May 19

Hi again, girls ... well, have abit of a lull at work right now, so I decided to check in ... Christie!! I hope it really is a BFP, did you read the result within 10 minutes of doing the test? 13 DPO is still very early, hence the faint line ...most tests claim to be accurate only after a missed period, and I always say, a line is a line, no matter how faint ... mine was very light too, even DH looked at me like I was crazy when I told him to have a look and there was a barely there line. Please post again right after you test, I am go nuts over here!! Natasha, I agree, Niagara Falls is a beautiful place ... DH and I were married there in a gorgeous suite overlooking the falls, the whole outside wall is one giant window, so it's like hovering over the falls, it was truly amazing. We plan on going back next year for our 5th anniversary. Unfortunately, it's too far from my parents house (about 3 hours away) to just go for the day, so I haven't been there since my wedding day. Kathy, I agree with those saying that health and having a non-stressful life is more important than money ... but unfortunately, some of us cannot afford the luxury of not having to work ... I am the bigger money maker between us and we could not maintain the lifestyle that we live without one of those salaries. We could probably manage on one salary, but would have to drastically change our lifestyle, which I am not willing to do ... I like having a nice house and 2 cars in my driveway. There is a part of me, however, that envies women that are able to stay home and raise their children, when I have to drop mine off at daycare everyday. Ok, better drop off again ... I'll peek in again later.
