Hi Anna, your temp still seems high - I just starting charting this month so I am no expert :) Mine has been steadily climbing, but only as high as 98.2 today is there a range to watch for or are we all different? You still have a few days for the bfp - you never know. Hopeful - good luck over the next two weeks - we'll be here waiting for the good news. If I'm 8 dpiui today do we think I can test Friday on 10 dpiui or do I really have to wait until 14 dpiui?? I have a first response test calling my name every morning!

Hey everyone, I just had my 4th or 5th IUI on Monday, as you can tell, I have lost count, LOL! I test on 12/11. I did an HCG trigger shot BUT this time around I don't have to do a 2nd HCG shot... I will start on Lupron on Friday. I have felt weird twinges but I make nothing of them as I have been down this road before and don't want to excite myself for nothing. I truly, truly, truly hope we all get our BFP's this time around...

jb i test on 12/11 too. I have the same twinges. I only took one shot of ovidrel and they did my iui 2 consecutive days after that. This is my first one. I would love for it to work but i know that the odds are against me.
Georgia... You do not have too long to wait. I hear that people test early just to see if the hcg is out of there system so that when they test for real they know it is positive and not a false positive because of the shot. I know the wait is killing you. how do you feel? Anna any news??? only 10 more days of my 2ww.

Hopeful, WOO HOO!!! You're my test buddy! I only do 1 IUI at a time. What was the reason that you had to do 2? For years, I would wonder about my when af would show and now I am hoping that it doesn't even consider it... Ovidrel is an ovulating drug, correct? Injection or by mouth? Can you get a false positive from this? I hope you don't mind me asking these questions... I know for sure that the Lupron will not give me a false positive so I am hangingon until 12/11!

Hi guys - Hopeful - I waited to test, but "technically" II can test tomorrow - it's within my 5 days. Unfortunately, I'm a tester - actually I've probably spent as much money on hpt's as IUI's - lol! I suppose I'm fine - I had a minor breakdown last night because I'm so fine - not a symptom in site. Nada! I don't feel like this IUI worked either. We did clomid (cd 3-7), one shot of follistim, one shot of ovidrel and one IUI. If this month is a bust we will try one more IUI in Jan and I'm going to request injectables. They don't want to give them to me yet - whatever - I'm 36 and have been ttc for 2.5 years - it's time to bring out the big guns! Hopeful and JB I am hoping for TWO bfp's on 12/11. Anna, how is the temp taking and testing going?

Hey Georgia, thanks! I understand about break downs, those can actually be a good thing as it helps relieve some of the pressure... I hope you are feeling better and optimistic. DON'T GIVE UP, you get those big guns out, LOL. The dr told me that if things didn't work out this time, she too will bring out the big guns... I hope we all get what we want & so deserve...

AF started yesterday - lots of cramps and very heavy - I guess from the injections and so many follicles. I go in for a baseline u/s this morning to check for cysts. If there are any cysts then I have to take a month off. I really hope there are no cysts.

I'm sorry Anna. I got a BFN last week and I am due for my period any day now, too....Looks like we'll be IUIing it together again next month! (I can't start IVF next month because the clinic is closed for 2 weeks.) Soon!

Anna and Amy - I'm so sorry to hear about af's arrival for you both - I was so hopeful this cycle for all of us. I know ther is nothing to say - it's just rotten news! Hopeful & JB - I'm - I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you guys - I still feel like December is going to be lucky for someone or (two) someones! I took my test this am - of course bfn, my temp also dropped this am so I'll be out soon with af arriving this weekend. We're going to take December off - I own a shop and we're just too busy this time of year to run in for all those appointments. I'm actually going to switch clinics in January - we can only really afford two more IUI's - IVF is just out of the question with no insurance. Anyway, lots of baby dust to everyone!

Sorry to hear about teh BFN :( Georgia anything new. I only haev 7 more days to wait. JB how are you holding up. Do you feel any different. Did any of you have side effects from the shots?

just got my progesterone level back after bloodwork this morning. It is 29.3 so i ovulated. They sad it was good. JB did you do this test. Anyone know about prog levels.

Hey everyone! HI HOPEFUL, I am hanging on, fought the urge to take an hpt over the weekend... I am not experiencing anything, what about you? I forgot about my Lupron shot on Friday because I got home so late but I ended up taking it very late friday into Sat am... I hope that isn't an issue. I have been taking it regularly since my start day Friday! No effects, although my urine smells funny... anybody have this happen to them... it's unexplainable! I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary, no asparagus or anything like that, it's weird! HOPEFUL, I didn't have to take a progesterone test, I'm glad the results were good for you! Do you find out the morning of the 11th? how's everyone else doing?

Hey JB... What does lupron do. I took a test on Sat because i wanted to see if the ovidrel (HCG) shot was out of my system. It wasn't .I am going to try again tomorrow morning. I will get bloodwork on the 11th in the morning if AF does not come. I hope i know on a HPT before that. My BBs are sore and my nipples sorry tmi. temp was 100 the other night. Sometimes i do not feel good but i still think it could be a side effect of the meds
