can too many abortions affect fertility

I had two abortions because my now ex-husband didnt want kids but my new husband and I cant seem to conceive.I was also on the Depo povera shot afterr the abortions and have been off of it a year and 8 months so why can't we concieve? Help

Sometimes abortions can cause scar tissue to build up, which could prevent pregnancy...If you have been trying to concieve over a year I would definately consult your obgyn, there are many tests they can run on you and your husband to find out why you haven't gotten pregnant yet. Good luck!!
