Thanks in advance for the upcoming rain! HaHa! We just got finished with a few days of rain and clouds and I was so happy to see it sunny and warm today! Guess it won't last :( :( I live near the Washington D.C./Baltimore area, so we'll be getting the leftover rain from your hurricane, I'm sure. Firefly, I'm in the same boat as you. No af and just finished today with Provera.Yay! Hope my cycle is atleast semi-normal after this. Once I get my af, it's onto more OPKs and BDing! Hopefully not fertility drugs!****BABY DUST****

I started using the Fern Scope and I just ovulated about a day ago. I was soooo happy because I havent ovulated in a long time:-) I get to test in a few weeks. I'll probably just wait until next month to be for sure:) I can't wait!!!!! **BABY DUST TO ALL***

Hi girls, how is everyone? Amanda, I know you probably won't be checking on here much, but my prayers are with you through the hurricane! I don't know much about them cause I live in the praries in Canada, but I've been watching on tv, and it looks scary. Good luck and "batton down the hatches!" lol. Anyway, Anna, whats up? How have you been? Still no sign of af for me either, was due to have it Friday but still no..... wish she just would hurry and come so I can get started with my next cycle of Clomid. Chrissy, how much do those scopes run at? I've heard they are way more reliable than opk's. Anyway, this is getting kinda long lol. Just wanted to catch up and say hi!! :)

Hey everyone.. im back ..woo hoo.. well everything went ok.. as far as weather .. but no electric for 18hours.. i have it back on thank goodness... any ways what are fern scopes?? thanks for the prayers drew. we needed them . Hey Amanda! Glad to hear everything's ok! Good luck with your hsg. It's this tuesday, right? Let us know how it turns out. Hey Drew! I'm doing ok. Just finished Provera Saturday and now waiting on af to come. I hope it comes soon as I am eager to keep ttc!! What about you? No af still? By the way, where about in Canada do you live? My DH and I were supposed to move to Alberta a while back, but ended up not for several reasons. When you mentioned prairies, it reminded me of where we were supposed to be moving to- Lethbridge. Absolutely beautiful country! Our trip up there last June made me wish we were still going there. Good to hear from you! Erica, sorry I forgot to answer you after you posted! My OB/GYN is already talking about fertility drugs even though DH and I have only been trying since Beginning of May. I've always had very long, irregular, unpredictable cycles before BC and after BC didn't start af. I guess he assumes that since I have had such difficulty with my cycles in the past and now, it would be a lot easier to just take something to assist in ttc. So we'll see what happens. I'm waiting on af from Provera first. So not all doctors make you wait a year. I would get a second opinion. But that's just me. LOL. Good luck! Sorry, this is so long ladies! ****BABY DUST TO ALL***

hi girls. i have heard of the fern scope too. i used to work in a lab with a woman who was trying to get pregnant. she would spit on a slide and look for the fern leaf pattern under the microscope. at the time i thought she was a little crazy, but apparently it works! i looked at some on ebay, haven't decided if i'll buy yet. hope that everyone is doing well.

Thats really neat Anna, cause I live in Medicine Hat (Alberta), about a 2 hr trip from Lethbridge! So we obviously don't see hurricanes, but we do have our fair share of thunderstorms, tornadoes, hail ect. I'm still waiting on af, but today I feel so weird. Had some cramping, but on my left side. I wore a pantyliner just in case, but still nothing. Right now I feel quite nauseous, shaky, dizzy, and really tired. I know it's not pg signs, I had a bfn on a blood hcg last week, but I know its not a virus either cause there's no diareaha. Forgive my spelling!! lol. Firefly, how much do those scopes run at on e-bay? I really hate using my credit card over the net, but if I have to....anyway, will come back later, I'm gonna lay down for awhile. :)

drew, i think that they are about $25us on ebay. go to ebay.ca and type in ovulation under search. you'll see them there along with packs of ovulation pee sticks.

Drew, I don't like using any of my cards on the internet either. Makes you wonder how many people are seeing that information. Have you ever tried using a Visa gift card? Works just like a credit card, but is a gift card, so no personal info. is involved(as far as I know). Plus, you can put however much money on it as you want. Hope this helps.***BABY DUST***

Drew-I was cautious about using my credit card on line too, but I have purchased quite a few things off of ebay. I always use Pay Pal to pay for things because it is much more secure than giving your credit card info to just anyone. Anna, thanks for getting back to me! It is reassuring to hear that you don't have to wait a full year. Our clinics where I live are less than desirable...in fact, there isn't even a regular obgyn (let alone a fertility specialist!) at our clinic...just family practice doctors...grrr! I absolutely hate going to my family practice doctor because she is less than knowledgeable. The nearest good clinic is about 1.5 hours away, so I am trying to put it off for a little while longer. I am hoping that this is my lucky month! Baby dust to every one!

Hey girls. Sorry it has been a lil bit. I read on a website that it is not actually scientifically proven that having too much sex could decrease chances of pregnancy. So, what do you girls think? I mean, would it hurt to have sex once a day for couple weeks? Please get back with me. Baby dust to alll!!!!
