Positive OPK and higher temp both today, means ovulated?

I obseved EW mucus on Day 11 of my cycle. Today it's day 14. From day -11 I m testing opk and it was negative accept today. My temp was from 97.4 to 97.8 in last five days and today it was 98.10. Is that mean I allready ovulated yesterday?
