Coupled with the above I've had one ectopic and have a serious pain around ovulation period which no scan has been able to identified. I live in Nigeria West Africa.

Ola, what exactly are you asking? How long have you been trying since the ectopic? The apin around ovulation may simply be mittelschmerz (Ovulation pain caused by the follicle working on releasing that egg). If the docs can't find anything then that's probably what it is. What other tests have you had? What options are available to you? Sorry for all the questions, but I was just wondering where you wished this thread to go. And Good luck!
