dh on clonazepam will this affect his sperm or motility?

Dh has a restless leg syndrome that keeps him awake all night and gets no deep sleep. He is only on 2 pills a day (0.5mg each) that he takes before bed. Does anyone know if this will affect his swimmers? and if you have any info please also say your source ie: web link address etc. thanks
