Oh, I forgot to say that I had my u/s this morning and progest. blood work done. I am now waiting for the RN to call me back with the results. They told me it might be in the second half of the day, as they have a packed day with hardly a minute between the patients. I was there at 7:30 and the waiting room was full.

Robyn, take it easy, I worry about you. You're only being a good parent to Anthony and that's the hardest job of all. Please rest! Tanya, Ihope you get some good info from the b/w. Gayle, I went to a 3D u/s place to find out the gender not my doctor. At the place they said they can tell as eary as 14 weeks. I know it's early. Katt, it's so good to your lovely long posts! I missed them :)

Afternoon girls! Well I am puppy sitting, grrrr! He's so cute BUT I am the one doing everything. John lets Rascal out in the morning and takes over when he gets home. I feed Sookey so of course I am feeding Rascal. My am's are already snippin it, haha. Okay so here's my posting: ROBYN_ I like the names Makayla & Hunter too ;) Sorry to hear about the bleeding recurrence and Anthony grabbing your last nerve. I am sure it doesn't help matters at all. Let us know of the u/s results.

GAYLE_ How are you handling dh away from home? When does he get to back and visit again?

TANYA_ Wow that sucks about the DRs office. I have only been to the OB twice when people were waiting but I was squeezed in those days so I guess I am lucky in that respect. Now that I have said that I am sure I have just jynxed myself.

RHONDA_ Oh the joys of puppy watching. Dh says to me yesterday, it's like romper-room in here, lol. He is realizing he cannot look away for a second, haha. So we'll see. I am so proud of the pup though - he went from 645 to 1pm w/o peeing! I smelled something but couldn't find it so I guess not. YaY!

CARON_ Wishing you good news with your tests tomorrow! It is great news that your Dad's cancer is only in a small area. Hopefully the chemo will knock it out. You want small and he wants big, go medium! My Sookey is a mewdium sized dog, she's great and well mannered. She stands about 2 feet off the ground on all fours. She's fat but she's happy!

hey girls how is everyone? rhonda-so sorry that your hot water pipes froze. i hope that mark gets to feeling better so that he can fix it. hope to hear some great news tomorrow with you u/s. ROBYN-so sorry that anthony got on your last nerve. that is what my neice always says to me when i make her mad, she will say gaga i had one nerve left and you just got on it..lol..rest as much as you can and try not to stress too much. sometimes they have to be punished so that they can learn that you are only trying to help them not hurt them. hope that the bleeding stops for you soon.KATT- really missed those long posts that you post. so glad that you are back. yay to the baby for not peeing anywhere that is awesome. JEN-hope that you find out the pay on that job soon so that you will know where you stand with that. MELISSA- hope that everything with your dad goes well. hopefully chemo will get all of it since it is a small area. chemo couldnt help dh's mom because her cancer was in the bones and everything turned her bones to powder. it was awful she was always breaking something just by bumping into things and had to have pins andscrews put in. so glad that your dads is just a small spot that should make it easier to treat. i am praying for you all. 1MOM-so glad to hear from you. dont worry dh will be there for the birth even though it is so close to his graduation. have fun with your sister. MOMMY2JOSH-let us know as soon as you hear anything from the re. good luck.take care all and have a great day

Michelle P - January 17

Wow reading all of these threads has started to take up my whole evening!Dh has started to think he is a forum widow!I'll do my best to remember everyone.RHONDA-cherish your last u/s, I bet you're really excited now, hope Mark is better soon.CMELISSA-good luck with your scans, and I hope everything goes ok for your dad-they do generally do biopsies first and it sounds like it's goin in the right direction for him. BL-hello, MOMMY2JOSH-fingers crossed for your bloodwork etc How's things with Josh? ROBYN-everyone gets upset at times it's healthy for stress relieving, but I agree with the others you should be taking more time to relax and let others pamper you a bit. Good luck for your u/s. I have just had a Toxoplasmosis test cause I'm at high risk with my job. I do think you should at least wear gloves when you are dealing with litter trays-this is the advice given to us at Vet School, oh and anyone who might do gardening when preg should wear good gardening gloves to protect them from coming into contact with cat faeces in the garden.I hope the cramps stop soon too. KATT-Hi I had some pills about 4 years ago to bring on my bleeding-they didn't. I haven't had any treatment other than that.I am still waiting for my appointment. My dogs are my babies(our), but boy what hard work as puppies-all well worth it though. I think it's fantastic for children to grow up with dogs. House training lab type dogs is usually fairly straight forward. Nowdays if it is feasable I recommend the quickest and less messy way to house train a puppy is either to crate train them, or to use the paper free method which involves letting puupy outside last thing at night and waking once inthe night-about 2.30am to let puppy outside to toilet then first thing. It sounds a lot of hard work, but really does save time and mess in the long run. Pups have very small bladders, they need to recognise that feeling in their tummy is the need to toilet and should learn to let you know. Anymore advice I can give, let me know as behaviour is my forte. Afterall it's the least I can do with everything I've learned in a week from this forum.bye for now babydust to all that need it***********p.s what does AF stand for?xxx

1mom - January 17

Hi again ladies. So tanya i'm out of the loop what is the bw for? I had a scarey thing this afternoon. I went to the bathroom and there was a lot of blood in the toilet. It looked like i started my period or something. But the thing is it came from when i went #2. I called my Dr. but they haven't called back yet. The girl that i talked to said it was probably hemroids. Great that should be fun. I typed that with sarcasm for those who aren't sure. So i'll let you know what happens. Dh is supposed to come home tonight but just for dinner and then he has to go back. It's just enought to give them a break. Well talk later ladies.

wannabeamom - January 17

Hi girls, well I got a call from the ob. I have to get amnio this Friday. One of my tests came back 1:170 for a baby with Downs. The same thing happened with ds except his was 1:120 and he was fine. Atleast I know what to expect this time. It really wasn't too bad. I have to be on bedrest for 24 hrs. I feel like when will it get easy so I can relax and enjoy. Gayle, I hope the bleeding isn't anything too serious. Keep us posted. Cmel, my thoughts are with your dad.

J.D. - January 18

HEY GIRLS GUESS WHAT? I GOT A J-O-B!!!!!! its a teachers aide job. i have only one student to work with, but he is a handful.the teachers say i need to be hard on him or he will walk all over me. he has add along with some other problems.i'm glad i got this job instead of the other one because the pay is decent and it has benefits.i dont think i would have lasted long with those hours anyway.jaime -hey how are you? michelle -welcome to the thread.melissa -i hope everything goes well with your dad. katt - congratulations on your puppy! i think crate training is the easiest way to train a puppy, cause most dogs dont want to sit in their own pee or poop.everytime i've tried to paper train a dog they have it shredded all over the place.ok talk to yall later.

ROBYN - January 18

Hey girls well alot to catch up on only a few hours I was gone. One of my best friends from work stopped by and brought me a ton of magazines and crosswords to do to keep busy. It was the first time she also saw the new house. Anyway BROOKE can you tell me about the amnio. My doctor said I wont have to have one even though Im over 35 but he said he will have to do the blood testing if anything is a concern then I will have to do one. One thing when we did all the IVF stuff we were both tested for all these things neither one of us were carriers for anything i remember him also mentioning the downs syndrome also. So I will see whats happens I have a little while to go for that. GAYLE sounds like a hemmoroid its better than coming out the front LOL. MEL your in my thoughts with your father I hope everything goes well. MICHELLE - thank you for the advice I will wear gloves i dont think I have anything to worry about but I will take your advice along time ago I worked at a vet office just as an assistant. I have always loved animals all of mine are rescues and they are most loving animals ever. KATT so the new babies name is Rascal how cute!! At least your hubby isnt putting all the responsibility on you you probably would kill him LOL So whats your next infertility plan is it still Clomid or are you gonna do the IUI? Well the cramps are getting bad tonite I hate this I know I need to rest honestly I did really nothing at all today I am anxious about tomorrow I know I really shouldnt worry but I will till I know all is ok. Well Jason ordered chinese food tonite for dinner so waiting on that. Anthony is reading books for school book report and really not complaining he got a little reprieve because my dad picked him up and kept him at his house so he had freedom till about 630pm so his punishment is only about 2 hours. I will check in later hi to everyone.

WANNABE-hope that you have a smooth iui tomorrow and that everything works out alright.MICHELLE-a/f stands for aunt flo or your period. u/s means ultrasound, iui means interuterine insemination, dh dear husband, ds dear son, dd dear daughter, bbt basal body temp,bd-babydance or intercourse,cd-cycle day,cm-cervical mucous,dpo-days past ovulation,ewcm-egg white cervical mucous,if there are any others that you need let me know.RHONDA-so sorry that you dont have any hot water at all. that really stinks. if you have a really big pot you can use it to heat up cold water so that you can take a bath, i know what an inconvience that is but i have had to do it before. i know it has been really cold here and i am surprised that our water hasnt froze up. i hate this weather. good luck to all. take care
