woundering about clomiphene

i have endo. and pcos and get pregnant on my own without fertility drugs, but miscarriaged. now my DR.has me on clomiphene. i woundering what are the odds of me getting pregnant again. can anyone help b/c my DR.didnt tell me much about the medication
