My dh discovered there was no sperm in his semen. The he has taken all the necessary blood test and those were fine. He even took a genetics test and that came back fine. The dr so he can't understand why my dh is not producing sperm. My dh has a very large vericocele (?) vein on his left testicle. He just had the surgery to remove it. Do any one know if he will be able to produce sperm from this point? Could that cause a problem for no sperm.?

I believe I read recently it takes a number of months before the sperm may return after the corrective surgery you are speaking of. Google it and thats how i found it before.
