I am 24, I stopped taking bc and assumed that I would have regular periods, but i didn't and then the dr told me that i have irregular periods due to low FSH. I haven't been diagnosed w/ pcos but he said that it is a possibility. My fiance and I have decided that we want to have a baby. So my dr said that i need to have one natural cycle (no bc & no clomid) we should bd as if i am going to O. if no period and not preg after 40 days then i will take progestrone and then start the first dose of clomid at 50mg on cd 1.

Hi cp, I have iregular cycles too (they range from 4-7months). My doctor gave me Provera to bring on my period so I could start Clomid (50mg.) I just finished ovulating so right now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. This was my 1st cycle of Clomid & I hoping I'm one of those lucky ones who gets preg. the 1st cycle. I was not on birth control so I can't relate with you on that one. Good luck & babydust to you=}
