Toni - thanks for the info - I called the office this morning and she told me to re-test tomorrow morning (am is the best time I guess) have been feeling a little headachey the past couple of days which is not nornal. I did have IUI on the 20 - Oct......now I just keep praying and hoping that it worked out.....very hard waiting and not knowing (this coming from a control freak who likes to be in control of her life......)

Ali - today is day 16 - tested two days ago because I thought she said 14 dp ovidril.......anyways, picked up more meds today just in case anything changes over the weekend.....like I said to Toni - have been fighting a bit of a headache the last couple of days but not sure if that means anything. Have not really had any symptoms that af is coming....the hurry up and wait syndrom is hard for me to handle.....

my ultrasound went very well this morning, we were able to see the baby's heartbeat, so that was a relief! my RE asked for me to come in again for another ultrasound on monday since we leave tuesday for vacation. he also prescribed Reglan for my nausea and so far it seems like it may help a little bit. Toni, I hope this gives you great hope to last you until monday! how are you feeling today? becky, my last RE who got me pregnant with my daughter on my first iui used the styrofoam thing you mentioned..i can't remember if i had some spotting afterwards, but i wouldn't worry about that. the current RE i am seeing did not use the styrofoam afterwards, but it worked for me anyway, so oh well. good luck! isa, don't let your temps get you down..with all of the drugs we take, i don't put much faith in the bbt being accurate. you are more than halfway there..whoo hooo! bethany, can't wait to read your post in the morning! becca, hang in there..i know it is frustrating. waiting 2 weeks is bad enough. lee, where are you?

Bethany, hang in there. I am horrible at the waiting game also. I am trying to plan a busy weekend just so I can get till Monday. I feel like I am getting more anxious as the days go by. Ali we are waiting for your post!!

Ali- I loved reading your post! I am feeling so much better now that I am off those meds-still a little naseau though, but not near as bad. I am hoping to get answers either this weekend or beginning of next week by af coming or my next blood test. Got to run! BABY DUST!

Hey Ali, I am here. I have been waiting for you all day. YEAH, a beautiful heartbeat, I am so happy for you!. I have been checking today, but no one has needed Dr. Lee, so I have been hanging back......TONI-I will be thinking of you all weekend and will be checking Monday to see the great news!!!!

Ali we seem to have posted at the same time! That is great news! I am hoping I have the same to report. Lee I am needing a pep talk. I keep thinking about the what if's and reading other threads with worse case scenarios (I stopped though).

Ali, what day are you on exactly? I will be 6 weeks exactly tomorrow (Fri).

toni, i am 6 weeks and 3 days. what is your exact due date? mine is june 26.

Ali I guess mine would be June 30. I am 4 days behind you. And that is what the due date calculators online tell me.

It is peppy me. Listen Toni, nerves are natural and even more pronounced when you are PREGNANT! I have always thought that one of the hardest parts of infertility and its treatment is that you are going through blood tests and sonograms 5 weeks before most people, probably 3 weeks before they even know they are pregnant. This was not an iffy thing. Your baby came as a result of a good IUI procedure and has everything going for her or him. (You know, Lee can go either way as a name :) Monday you will be one step closer and it will be a HUGE milestone as I am sure you know. Your %s for problems drop dramatically once you see that little light blinking. SO, eat pineapple, get your feet rubbed. Read some books. Go out and have a long lunch with hubby both days. Go to sleep early, rent a movie or three and know that everything is going to be all right. This time next year you will be even more tired and you will be watching somebody who coos at the site of you, whose eyes will sparkle when they realize it is your beautiful face they have woken to see and you will think back to this time and not even remember the worry. I am with you, as always.

Ali and Toni, so much for a big get together over the 4th of July next year! Make sure you have at least one red, white and blue outfit to take to the hospital, just in case!
