Spotting with low progesterone?

I was wondering if anybody else has habit of spotting every month about a week b/f your period arrives? I had low prog with my last preg that ended with m/c. Just wondering if that what the spotting is caused from.

Hi JJ. Sorry about your m/c. I have read/heard that low progesterone can cause spotting, though usually it just occurs a couple days (or in my case hours) before full-blown AF. But at any rate, you should definitely discuss prog. supplements with your dr. Does your dr do a prog. check each cycle? Or you working with an OB or a RE? Good luck. HTH!!!
