If my husband and I have sex every other night, are we using to much sperm. Can his body make enough each try to make me pregnant?

I've just fullen pg after trying for 2yrs I was on clomid but my doc told me to have sex everyother night from day 10 of my cycle to day 20. She said this would help my chances. So I would carry on wot your doing. The more the better. Goodluck and loads of babydust ***********************

My doctor told me to have sex on days 10-18, but we are going to through day 20 to be safe. The doctor said that "saving" the sperm and only using it every other day should help the numbers and strength of the sperm.
