Depending on your cervical fluid, sperm can last in a healthy environment for about 5 days. That's why doctors say to have sex every other day.

My RE has said they can survive for up to 72 hours. I would think you need to keep in mind your CM and such. Ask your RE or OB what they suggest. If your dh has good sperm, you can BD evey day around O. Good Luck
