sore abdomen after clomid

i took clomid days 3-7 on march 20th - 24th...i am now around 4 dpo...i have a constant dull ache in my lower abdomen...does anyone know what this means? i am hoping it is an early pregnancy sign and not just a result of the clomid. any advice is welcome...

I had this last month when I was on my first cycle of Clomid. It started after ovulation, and I was really hoping it was a sign of pregnancy, but my period came. Sorry. Everybody is different though!
