questions about FertilMARQ??

i have some questions about the fertility test for men called FertilMARQ-it says to wait 3 days after ejaculation to take test--does that mean no sex for 3 days?! not sure my man can do that!--we have had sex everyday sometimes 2-3 times for the past year! trying to get pregnant--if someone can help me out on this test would be great especially someone who has already done it
