question on cramps morning after bd,medicine

My husband and i have been bd, since i am fertile this week. after i elevate my hips up for thirty min. then lay down and go to bed without going to the bathroom cuz am afraid of peeing them out. when i wake up in the morning i have been having horrable cramps. plus i've been reading so much info on the net about what not to take and eat while trying to concieve that i am scared to take medicine for my headaches. would rather just lay down and sleep it off but working all day
