Hey All! I came off of the bcp in January and have had NOTHING BUT IRREGULARITY since (sucks!!!) I am going for acupuncture and taking herbs to try to regulate and get pg but I have heard that progesterone cream can works wonders. Any insight from out there?? Thanks!

What do you mean by irregularity? No period skipped periods or light period or what?

My first period came 49 days after stopping the pill. I am now on day 53 waiting for another one. Sorry - I guess I should have said irregular PERIODS! Thanks!

I have irregular periods also. It's funny you ask about the progesteron cream because my friend had just talked to me about it also. Here is a link to the best value she found. http://www.gesterone.com/ She did not mention that it could regulate your periods though. I asked my doctor about it and she said she had not heard about it, but if I brought her in the information she would do the reasearch.

When I got of the bcp I had irregular periods too. I will not go back on them again. It took us 2 1/2 years to get preg. I did natural hormone replacement. I had low progesterone. It really helped regulate my periods. I finally got preg. after a friend told me about some natural supplements from a nutrionist. I was only on them for 2 1/2 months before I was preg.
