my doctor perscribed me prenate elite that is $40 a month with insurance. does anyone have anything similar with 1 miligram of folic that isn't so costly. over the counter does not have that much folic. thanks for the help

You can buy x-tra folic acid tablets to take with the prenatal---that's what I do and I'm 51/2 weeks pregnant, dr said it's fine!

i use materna vitamins which are under $15 at any pharmacy and it has 1 mg of folic no prescrip needed.
