Pregnancy after the implant

I had the implant removed on 17th January and had on and off bleedng up until 14th February and not had anything since i have tested and its negative. I really want a baby and have been trying since the implant got removed. Can i still get pregnant if im not having periods?

Anon, it is very unlikely you can get pregnant without having a period. Your menstruation is directly linked to ovulating. I would go see your OBGYn and find out why you are not ovulating. With ovualtion follows mesntruation. SOme women have irregular cycles and that means they ovulated irregularly. Everything is linked. Go seek help. Good luck
