pregnancy after lupron decrease severity of endo?

I have just finished my 6th lupron shot and was wondering if I were to try and get pregnant if the severity of my endo would be decreased after the pregnancy? The reason I am asking is I'm 22 yrs old and I have 3 semesters of nursing clinicals left. And I'm trying to decide if I should try to get pregnant now or wait until I finish school
