pain after passing urine & pelvic cramps week before AF

Actually 1 week before my periods i experienced pain after passing urine & pelvic cramps anyone out there has this same problem .Could i have endometriosis?

Does that happen every cycle? If so, endo could be one possibilty from what I've read. Have you discussed having a laporosocpy with your dr yet? That's the only definitive way of knowing for sure whether you have endo or not. Good luck.

I get the same thing.. usually one week or so before AF shows up. I have been told to take Advil to help with the swelling and cramps. I have had this for a while now.. I have been told I have PCOS so that could be one of the reasons.
