ovulation late in cycle, too late to conceive?

Hi Ladies,
I have a long cycle and i have been charting my BBTs. I noticed yesterday that the BBT jumped pretty high and it was high again today. Do i assume that i ovulated? If so, is it too late to conceive? Please advise. Thank you.
