If your partner does not ejaculate for a long time (say days) is it true that when he finally does, the sperm are considered dead or weak? If so, how much time can pass between ejaculations for this not to be the case?

If you partner doesn't ejaculate, the sperm are reabsorbed by his body.

Sperm are usually in best condtion after 48 hrs so if you tried every other day around your fertile time you should get it just right.
