Need some help, I do?

I'm a 25 year old married female with a 22 month old son. I have lymphangioma tumors in my abdomen and have no stomach muscles on the right side, I have a mesh wall as support. I was told my entire life that I would be unable to have children let alone carry them if I did get prenant. Well needless to say, my husband and I were in the midst of planning our wedding when we found out that I was pregnant. I was terrified , but had a fairly normal prenancy until the end. I had been diagnosed with Cervical Cancer (not HPV, the other types) and had during my pregnancy multiple Colposcopies and other scary procedures. My son was born 5 weeks early due to a puncture in my uterus from my mesh wall where my muscles used to be causing me to loose amniotic fluid very quickly. I had an emergency c-section. He was 7lbs that early and 19 inches long, very healthy. After he was born when he was about 3 or 4 months old I had to go have a full leap and 3 excisions on my cervix to remove more cancer. Now almost 2 years later after my son was born I'm cancer free and my son is extrememly healthy and we really want to have another one. We have been not preventing anything, but not planning anything either. I've had no luck and need help from anyone who may have a high rish pregnancy and how to get pregnant again??
