mucus during period after being on clomid

i have been on two cycles of clomid and so this is my second period after taking 100 mg days 2-6. on the second day of my period the mucus that is normally there went from being a light pink to a dark red. i feel no soreness or pain or any kinds of symptoms of anything that i know of. i was just wondering if any other women had noticed this type of change in this mucus. please let me know i am wondering if it mean sthe clomid is working and causing more follicles to be released or what. thanks

ME!!!!! It is like stringy cm in the af...My round of clomid didn't work well, so I don't know about that, but you aren't alone with the cm issue.

I had it too. I am on my third round of clomid and my periods have definitly been more slick and mucus like. I don't think it had anything to do with whether the drug is working or not, because the first month I kicked ass on it and had a day 21 progesterone of 32.6 and the second month only a 9, and both months I had mucus. Good luck!!!
