Is KY jelly is better for sex? Can sperm swim or damage?

I am wondering about the same thing! I have been using it...it helps, but I dont know about the sperm damage. Anyone knows?

the answer is yes - it can damage sperm so stop using it if you are!!! I have read that you can use raw egg white - although there are risks of infection (I personally have declined that suggestion!) highly recommended is PRE_SEED lubrication as it doesnt affect the sperm at all. I personally just aim to be highly turned on - and let him do some work ;)!!! Good Luck!
