Hi nervous! Sorry, I often don't check the board in the evening. I am taking 200 mg Prometrium once a day. I think this brand is prescription only.

hey what is prometrium for? i wanted to know if u are regular on ur period? i am regular but my cycle varies 26 to 32 days. so don't know when i ovulate. i never get any EWM. is it a good sign or bad?

Prometrium is the progesterone supplement I'm taking. I start taking it one day after I o, then continue to take it until af comes. I am regular. Not getting ewcm is bad. You may want to try Mucinex or Robitussin (without the decongestant) during the second week of your cycle. You can take your temps to find out when you ovulate, then take the progesterone supplements. Perhaps, you may need some guidance from a doctor for all of this. A good RE or gynocologist would be helpful if you are going to take medications.

I have tried Robitussin but with no success. i don't drink enough water, do u think i don't get EWM bcoz of that. when was ur period last time & when r u O? let's keep posting each other & discuss the changes. my period is due around 8th december & i didn't try seriously this time. i wanted to give a break. i feel dry down even during my ovulation so i ordered pre seed lube. i have read abo it on this forum. i hope it helps this time.

6 months! That's nothing. Relax. It took Catherine de Medici 7 years to get pregnant, but once she did she had 12 children.

I don't want 12 & neither can i wait 7 years. how many do u have Harriet? I think u r not in a hurry to have kids or don't want one? Anyways, thanks for ur advise.
