Irregular periods & pregnancy

I have irregular periods, after 45 to 60 days. I want to get pregnant for my second baby. Now I missed my period & after 10 days i'd home test,it's negative. If still we continue to intercourse can it be possible to become pregnant now or have to wait for my next period date?

I'm no expert but I too have very irregular cylces (4-7 months) My doctor told me that since they are so far apart that I am not ovulating (I have PCOS) He gave me Provera to bring on my period & I take Clomid. You need to regulate your period to insure you are ovulating. Hope this helps...Good luck & Babydust!!!
