I wanna know that how to calculate ur cyle....like is it From the 1st day ur period started ORRR calculate from the last day of ur period to the Nest time ur peroid start...i am confussed

what do you mean calculate the cycle? we'll maybe this could help you. Cycle starts from your 1st day of period and ends until your next period for the next month. If you have a regular period usually the length of the cycle is 28........hope i answered your question
