High Prolactin - Short Luetal Phase

Has anyone with high prolactin levels also had short luetal phases? I just started Dostinex this week and I'm wondering if it helped your LP? Seems I'm ovulating on CD 19 and then I start my period always <10 days later. Been ttc for a year (also 39 years old) - Yeeks!!
