Just started BBT charting and I was just wondering how does it work. The past 4 days my temps have been, 97.8,97.8,97.5,97.5. Just need a little help figuring this out. Would love some answers. Thanks!

hi ... look you can use this page www.fertilityfriend.com .... it will help you a lot ... you should log in everyday and put your temp , if you are on any meds , if you bd that day and everyything... and based on that ... it will tell you when you O and everything ... its really easy ... first create your name and password and it will tell you waht to do ... Good luck!!!!
