Has anyone with PCOS done a Laparoscopy surgery to remove adhesions on blocked fallopian tube?
If so, how long did it take to get pregnant after and did it happen naturally or with medication/IUI?IVF?

Hi ANDREA. I had a lap May 2005 ( I dont have PCOS). They found endometriosis and removed it. I am still TTC and my cycles have been longer since the surgery. I have not taken any meds. ( I have health risks that sky rocket if on meds.) GL

I had my lap done almost two weeks ago. I do not have PCOS, but thanks to the lap, found out what was causing problems for me. I had a fibroid tumor sitting on top of my uterus, cysts on my fallopian tubes, endometriosis, scar tissue binding my ovaries to my pelvic wall, and polypoid tissue in my uterus. I only had this done recently, so I can't say I am PG yet, but I feel way more hopeful about it now that the doc went in and "cleaned house". Before the lap, the only thing we knew I had was a fibroid, so just by going in, we learned so much. Have you had the lap or are you just considering it?
