Hello ladies! I wanted to know if any of you have been prescribed Folgard 2.2mgs or been dx with folic acid deficiency? Any feedback on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, good luck and baby dust to all!

Hi I dont have any knowledge of folgard. I did not have folic deficiency but am vegetarian and was concerned about B12 to I took sublingual B12 which has folic acid in it and my folate numbers quintupled in less than two months. I will look at my labs and post the exact numbers. The brand is trivita. Sorry I can't answer about folgard.
