I am finally out of my clomid fog, I have been on the couch for days feeling like I was recovering from a bender! ug, I never want to take it at 150mg again. I didn't have the same side effects at 100mg. Oh well, hopefully it will be worth it, and I will have a better response this time, since it seemed to really being doing SOMETHING to me...lol. I will have my u/s on Monday morning to see where my follies are, and hopefully find out when I will have procedure #2! I am keeping my fingers crossed for all of you out there too! This is our month ladies!

hello CAI...
apart from a little cramping nuthing much...this is my first time doing the IUI....reading all the stories is giving me a LOT of moral support.....whatever may be the news...but at least i know i have people who are sharing the same feelings like me!!!! thanks!!!! you are also in the 2ww???

I just need some encouragement and/or hope. We are on our 3rd cycle (injectibles) and I am now in my 2ww. My 1st cycle got canceled b/c of too many follicles and my 2nd cycle I only had one follie at 15, which we did timed and got a . This time, we had 6 follices, ranging from 15 to 17 (before the trigger shot, which gives them a boost). We did IUI on Monday. The doc was really pleased with this cycle b/c I had great CM and my lining was a 12. My husband's motility was 91% after wash and 85 million sperm (after wash). The doc said you can definitely get preggo with 15's and possibly even 14's. A girl at our office just got preggo with twins and she had 14's and 15's. This is my first IUI. I want so badly to be , just like everyone else on here! If you've had a similar story...or ANY story....and want to share, please do! Thanks everyone. Lots of to all! Oh...my preg. test is March 29th.

Hello adopted...welcome to the forum....i also had my first iui and am in the 2ww i m supposed to go for a progesterone test today..and if no AF till 24th then probably preg test on 26th....we seem to be on the same boat here..keep us posted!!!

Hello waitstoolong. It is nice to have someone else in the same boat as me! You'll know your results before I will, but AF started at day 10 for me during my last cycle. So I never actually made it to the preg. test day. I hope that's not the case this time...and I hope we both get BFP!!!

Hello adopted....yea we are in the same situation...I though had my iui but NO medication whatsoever..that is why I m a little scared..the RE wanted to do the first iui w/o anything...my progesterone test is back they had asked for a >10 nd I ve 11 I m having some severe cramps once in a while and there is a feeling of wetness.....I ve kept my fingers crossed so did they ask u to ve a progesterone test???? Good luck and keep me updated!!!! Let see if we can be preggo buddies too or not?? God bless!!!!

Hi all. CAI, how are you feeling? Any different? It's been a long week of tests and ultrasounds. I ended up having my IUI today. Afterwars for a few hous it felt like something was pushing on my bladder. I went home and slep a few hours, and am feeling better now. I pray that this works!

Waitstoolong what exactly is your diagnosis? I have PCOS. Do you have unexplained infertility or something? I am currently doing the progesterone cream, but I have to stop for a day b/c I am having a reaction to it. I plan to go back to the kind I was using last cycle. They've never tested me for progesterone levels. They just make me do the cream. I am just crossing my fingers...hoping that AF doesn't come on Wed. or Thurs. like last time! I would LOVE to be preggo buddies with you! Keep me updated :-D

Also....has anyone else had vaginal itching as a side effect from the progesterone? I am on a gel form this time and I've been itching pretty badly. Last cycle, I used suppositories and had no problems. Anyone else had this side effect? The doc says that you normally don't itch. I've never had a yeast infection before so I'm not sure what it is! No foul smells...no weirdness going on. I just don't know....

Update---- I went in for a u/s this morning and I have two follicles; one was 19.3 and the other was 20! I go in for IUI #2 this Wednesday... Fingers crossed this will be the month! CAI and YellowMutt Goodluck!! Hopefully this is our month! :)

lfisher2 that's great news! I hope it goes well for you! I went for my u/s yesterday, and just like last time, I have to wait till the end of the week to go again, my follies weren't ready, but I have a few that are looking good. I can't wait to see where I am on Friday. I will most likely have my IUI next monday. I can't wait! all this waiting is terrible! Good news is that this is the first day that I don't seem to have a headache, which is nice...I hope to goodness this works, I don't want to have to take that clomid again!
