cause what happened was that your egg either did not get fertilized or did not inplant at least you have your period and ovulate

When you do everything right, there is only a 25% chance that pregnancy will occur. Hang in there. I ovulated my first round of Clomid too and did not get pregnant, however, I got pregnant my second round!

I would recommend reading "taking charge of your fertility"..it may help you understand how/why pregnancy occurs...why were you put on clomid? Did your MD explain that to you? Just because you ovulate doesn't mean that you can get pregnant or will indefinitely...it is hard to pe patient, but it does not always happen so quickly.There may be other factors involved as well.. was your significant other tested? Keep trying and good luck!

No kim i have not yet ovulated and I am now on my 4th round of clomid i soo hope it works sometime soon. We have now started to consider adoption. But we really want to have one of our own. My firend was TTC for 16 months then on round 2 of clomid she is preg with twins! I'm on my last day of Provera, Hopefully AF will come this week, Then I start Clomid. ( ** baby dust baby dust**)

Hi Kim- I ovulated on my first round of Clomid but did not get pregnant either. I know how discouraging it can be. I've been on quite a few forums and there are a lot of ladies who didn't conceive until their 2nd or 3rd month on clomid. So, don't give up and stay strong. My Doc said my progesterone level last month was at 50 when normal is about 15. What were your levels?
