do fibroid tumors have anything to do with concieveing?

i was diagnosed with fibroid tumors in 1999 but only have had two attacks since 1999? i was wondering does anyone know if having fibroid tumors has anything to do with concieveing? someone PLEASE give me some advice or a answer if its not too much to ask!! thanks alot!!
