Hey girls...I'm wondering if anyone knows whether or not dairy is good for you when trying to conceive? I have been trying for a while now and I eat a ton of dairy. I read something that it might make it harder to get pregnant but I was wondering if anyone has heard anything from a doc? Thanks!

I honestly doubt there is any validity to that. If there were, most of America would be having conception issues. I am even allergic to dairy and still couldn't conceive after not eating it for over five years.
