I had a huge cyst on my left ovary too due to PCOS. I had it in August and it lasted until Nov. However, in October I got a really bloated painful feeling in my right side above my ovary, which turned out to be a cyst. The good news is, the cyst burst and I released an egg and got pregnant! I am going into my 5th month. The point to my story is the bloated painful feeling you felt was probably your cyst erupting during your ovulation, which seemed to have been confirmed by your dr saying it was corpus luteum cyst. Stay positive and hopeful. It can happen to women like us! Good luck!

thanks ME for sharing and best of luck for your pregnancy ! to mega--well i am not sure it is af....i had mucosy brown blood today...but just wipes after-we will see tommorow----still feel miserably bloated !
