in a squating position insert middle finger and search around you will feel a cylindrical tube about the width of your finger. Right after your cycle it will be high and may take some time for you to find it. The end will be closed. When you are ovulating it will lower become softer and the hole will open. I know this sound gross but this is the only way to check.
