Clearblue Fertility Monitor

This is my first cycle using the monitor, I am on CD 14 and have increased CM, I have a regular cycle of 28days. I should be ovulating now but the monitor still says LOW... has anyone else experienced this? I had a miscarriage on July 4th so I don't know if that would be affecting it. Has anyone else had luck with this monitor?
