Hey girls, I need your advice! DH and I are supposed to bd every other day from day 12 through 18. We bd'd on the 12th, 14th, 16th. The 17th I felt like I might be having o cramps so I was ready to go again. DH was too tired. Today is the 18th and once again, he's too tired. I've never heard of anyone having this problem. We've never bd'd this much until we buckled down and really tried to conceive. Now we're bd'ing more than we normally do. I thought he would be thrilled that I want to bd this much. He said that he's not a light switch that can turn on and off that quickly. There's really not much foreplay involved.....no music, no lingerie. I guess it can get pretty boring. The thing is though, bd'ing that much in one week is unusual for us. He usually comes home very tired from his job and asleep by 8 every night. I feel like maybe he's not attracted to me like he used to once we started the whole "conceiving" thing. Does anyone else have this problem?

TerriT - December 20

Dawn~ I'm sure he is attracted to you or else he wouldn't be trying to conceive with you. He probably is just tired and men take the ttc thing personally, like it is something wrong with them. When we were trying, my dh was tired a lot because I think mentally it affected his "manhood" when all of our friends were getting pg rather quickly. You don't need music or lingerie...just rub his back or try some hand holding and flirtatious behavior:) It did the trick for us! Just remember to be supportive of him and all will be well:)

Dawn~ Men are different creatures...just try to be patient with him. You guys did a lot of bd'ing...I wish you lots of luck:)I have an appointment with my doc this afternoon. I am sooo excited and hope that all is well!

Sweetpea, don’t be afraid to be alone, I will join you in few days. I lost my baby at week 8, so I am back to do the TTC thing again. Although I am not counting too much on the monitor, I am not planning to use it, because when I got pregnant, the monitor was so off. I hope I will not find you when I comeback, and I hope you will get your BFP before that. Cheers

Happiness4e~I am so sorry to hear that you lost your baby:( I know there is not much that anyone can say when that happens to make you feel better. I lost a a baby last year and am hoping that I am able to carry this one to term. Were you having problems the entire eight weeks or was it sudden? I only am asking because I am soo nervous this time around. If it is too personal, I understand.

Hi Terri, when I lost the baby, I did not even know there was a problem, I went for my first ultrasound, they told me then that the baby died at 6 weeks, I did not experience any kind of spotting or bleeding or anything what so ever. So they sent me for D&C. good luck to you, stay positive and think positive. Ask any question you like, I would be happy to answer.
