Hmmm interesting discrepancy, I've always heard that you take it before ovulation and then switch to flaxseed oil after ovulation. I'll see what info I can find.

Hello, i got this info from my ND (naturopath) after reading your posts, I doubted myself, I went back and got the paper she gave with the info on what to take and when, so, evening Primrose is definitely after the ovulation with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
Flax seeds are before ovulation. But still each one is different. I thought it might be a good idea to share my info with you ladies. Good luck

Much faster to load! Hi everyone. 9dpo, AF limbo as well! (5-6 more days). Kind of asymptomatic, really. Sore boobs, some nausea today, but no spotting. The Evening Primrose Oil sounds worth a try. Baby Dust!

jaebabe-Good Luck and lots of Baby Dust! lauraw-It sounds rather promising for you. My case is feeling bleak, I have extreme irritation to the point where I'm so angry and feel like crying over nothing, absolutely nothing! Sounds like AF to me. I'm hoping EPO (evening primrose oil) will help with next cycl, that cheers me up.

I am really kicking myself, I have been taking pyrodoxine (B6) for years to alleviate PMS but cince ttc I have stopped simply because I had not got round to getting a refill and I was taking a folic acid concoction with some B6 in it!!! Am I clever? Are you proud? Am I banging my head off a brick wall? No, I am off to the chemist - see the dust!!!!

Oooops it's 8.30am, the pharmacist will still be eating cornflakes! I feel I need to explain the horrific punctuation, grammar and spelling that I always discover I have used, after I post the message containing it! My rational is atleast two fold; 1. When I am writing about this aspect of my life, my flood gates are open and the vebal diahorea just flows, I am taking the only opportunity I ever get to ramble incoherantly without having to mind my P's and Q's! 2. I obsess over every apostrophe, comma and oblix at work - you just can't make me do it here, I cannae want to!!!! Yep, I have lost, don't worry, I am going!!

Thanks happiness - I am my own harshest critic, I know. I am a bit mad with myself though because I have just bought 4 months of pyridoxine and it cost me 62p (that's like 35 cents) for 1 months supply, I am so annoyed that I have gone so long without it, when it might really have helped!!! Hope you are having a cheerier day? Baby dust!

I have just realised that I am losing track of everybody. To save me checking back on the old thread, can I ask, who was it that had the hideous sister in law who had just fallen pregnant again? How is that going?

Hey gals.....found my way over here. I am 2dpo and yesterday I had some fluttering feeling in my ovaries...not sure what that's all about and I also had a headache for the past 2 days. Anyway. QUESTION>>>If you have your first "PEAK" symbol on CD17 then when do you start considering which day is post ovulation?? Would CD18 or CD19 be my first dpo??? Glad I found you ladies!!!

Happiness, my story - been married 8 years (I wanted children asap, but agreed we would wait) miscarried (very early) in 2000 (did not know I was pregnant!) Started trying to conceive in August 2005. I think I am so impatient because it really feels as if I have been waiting 8 years! We will all get there though, won't we?

Mac, we will, i am sure abou that. sometimes i go through a phase where i lose the hope, but it comes back. this specific issue of geting pregnant, way out of our control. good luck for all of us
