BFN blook test but i have all the symptoms still?

i went to the doc yesterday becuz i'm 2 weeks late. i asked for a blood test cuz i have been feeling bad for a month already. Every symptom that i told him about he said that it was a pregnancy symptom..including my slight fever (he said pregnant women run a little warm) .. . so they take my blood and all me later in the afternoon... "Sorry Your test was NEGATIVE"..... i'm so confused...SOMEONE HELP..whats going on....

Your mind can play tricks on you when you want it so badly. And being two weeks late just fed into that desire. Best to accept it and start planning for next cycle. I hope you are getting tests and meds that you need. Good luck and baby dust.
