Galina, thank you so much for everything you said. I bet you know what big wish I have, don't you? LOL. I guess we all have the same one. Thanks again for such nice words. You are a very warmth woman.

Okay...I am beginning shots in a few minutes. I am doing 150cc. I am a little confused or not following the posts well. I do not O on my own so, I am doing follitstim and trigger. I cannot do an IUI seeing my insurance sucks. I hope this works for all three of us. The emotional roller coaster is no fun. Galina.....Happy Birthday....mine was last Tuesday. UGH 38........ talk to you girls soon.

Nata, I hope you are having a good b-day. Today is my 14th year wedding anniversary and dh & I are going to our favorite french restaurant. To be honest, I have no idea why the dr started me on Follistim, b/c as I said I do O on my own. Thankfully, my over-stim was not painful, just very bloated and uncomfortable, and the cysts of course...Lynn, good luck w/the shots tonight...they are not painful at all. Actually, I was always looking forward to them - weird, huh? Nata, my insurance covers 50% of infertility + 50% of meds witha total out of pocket of $10,000. Not great at all....

oops, messed up on birthdays. Nata, it was your birthday. Sorry!!!!! shot was fine. Just like I remember back in August. Hope it works.

Galina - April 12

Lynn, stay positive and I am sure it will; and this time bring you a healthy, happy baby!

Nata - April 12

Hi ladies. I guess we all agree that insurance is not fair at all. Oh, well, I hope we can deal with it until we get pregnant. Lynn, when is your first u/s? Thanks for the good wishes. It was very kind of you. I hope you had a nice birthday (last Tuesday). How long have you been married? Galina, wow, you have been married for 14 years! That's so neat! Congratulations! I have been married for two years and three months. By the way, how was dinner last night? I'm glad to hear your over-stim was not painful. Lucky you! My appointment is tomorrow. I can't wait! The medication arrived yesterday. I'm ready!

Galina - April 12

Good luck Nata! I always get excited to go to the dr for the u/s while I am taking the meds. So do you officially start tomorrow or Thursday? I am on cd15 and still have a low O reading from my fertility monitor. I am wondering if the cysts are affecting the time of my O???

Nata - April 12

Galina, I haven't started taking the meds yet. Tomorrow my dr will let me know the start date. I hope she tells me to start the shots tomorrow night. Have you asked your dr about how cysts may affect O? I haven't heard anything about it. But who knows? Maybe you should give them a call just to take that from your mind. I wish you luck! Let us know what your fertility monitor shows next! Oh, you didn't tell me... how was dinner last night?

Hi Nata, dinner was great! We went to our favorite french restaurant and had amazing food! The best surprise was when we came home, my daughter and her friend (it is spring break time here), prepared a romantic "couples massage" for dh and I! It was so cute, they put candles everywhere in our bedroom, put on soft music and gave us a massage. After, they had us fill out a survey form how we liked the massages and there was a place for a tip! It was so great! Please keep me posted w/your dr appt. Is tomorrow your cd3?

Nata - April 12

Galina, your celebration sounded wonderful! What a great daughter you have! I sure will let you know how my appointment went. I'm not on cd3. I had to take a month off and because of that I didn't take any meds, therefore, I didn't O. Basically, I can start a new cycle whenever the dr says so. Where do you live? I'm Brazilian and my husband is American. We live in the US --- Virginia.

Galina - April 12

Wow, Brazilian!!! When did you come to US? We live in Los Angeles. Both dh and I were born in Russia, but I came to US when I was 7 years old and dh moved to Israel when he was 9 and to US when he was 18.

Nata - April 12

Galina, yes, I am Brazilian. My mother tongue is Portuguese so please forgive for my English. I came to the US in 2002 for vacation. Then I decided to stay a little longer to practice English. That's when I met dh. Have you met him here? How often do you guys to back to Russia? It's been a year and a half that we went to Brazil. We're planning in going again this year. The problem is that it's hard to make plans while we are ttc.

Nata - April 12

Oops... I meant.... please forgive ME for my English. LOL

Galina - April 12

Hi Nata, dh and I met here when I was in college. I've never been back to Russia. We left as refugees back in 1977 and never went back, even to visit. We try to vacation in Europe during the summer and Cancun during winter w/our dd. Youe english is PERFECT. I completely understand making plans when you are ttc. My whole summer is on "hold" because I am praying that I am going to be pg. You are in my prayers as well.

Nata - April 12

Galina, your story is very romantic! Thanks for what you said about my English. I still have a LOT to learn. I'm getting there! You are in my prayers too. We will get bfs very soon. You will see. Does your family live here in the US? My parents live in Brazil but they come for visit once a year. My brother lives very close to me -- about 10 minutes away only. Have you told anyone that you are ttc? We haven't told anyone. Oh, well, my mom knows something but that's about it.
