Anyone taking Femara having this problem?

i have been taking Femara for 2 cycles start Wed. on number 3 but last month and this month when af comes all i do is spot for 3 to 4 days....the nurse said it's breakthrough bleeding what does that mean? anybody know? anybody have the same thing going on?

I did femara and IUI. After the IUI I did spot for 2 days. Did you do IUI then spot?

no all i have done is took the Femara....but my last two periods have only been spotting for 3 days.... the last one.... so far this is on the 4 day and i start Femara Wed....how long have you been taking Femara?

This month was my 1st month taking fermara. I have to talk provera to get a period 1st. I tired 8 cycle of clomid. Did you have have good follices with fermara.

i had a u/s to find out i had pcos.....but after taking Femara i have not.....do you have pcos.....if you do did you have regular cycles....i had one every month but they were long and heavy...i ovulate every month...i don't know why my RE hasn't did a u/s yet....he told me it shouldn't be hard to get me pg...3 mths and i haven't been yet....lol

I do have pcos. I don't have regular cycle. I never get my period on my own. I have to take provera to get a period. I get a sono on cd 3 then take the fermara from day 3-7. Then get anther sono on cd 10 and hd my e2 taken. I had anthor sono on cd 12 with e2 taken then took hgc shot 24 hrs later did iui.

How long have you been trying? do you have any kids? and how old are you?

I have a 4yr old daughter. I have been trying for over 3yrs. I am 27...

I have a 7 year old son and i have been ttc for 4 years....i hate the fact that if i do get pg they will be so far apart...but i don't want him to be the only child....and i really want a little girl but i will love anything God gives me..

I hear you. I wanted 2years between my kids. Didn't know it would take over 3years to get my 2nd child. My daughter keeps asking me for a baby sister.

my son too..i know he is lonely....well i started my Femara 2day....did you use the pee test for ovulation?....if you did...did they tell you what day to test?...because the 1st time i took it they told me to start testing on the 10 or 11 day and i think i O on the 13 day...the last one i O on the 12 day...but my cycles change...i have heard that some times you O early with Femara....just wondering..

I didn't have to do the pee test. I had sono's and blood work done to check my E2 level. I had my IUI on cd13

Sandy--- did you take the pee test last month with Femara. Did it work if so

I have took it every cycle and tested + everytime....who knows...i tell you this the cheap opk test work the best.....i have had clearblue...1st response....and the ones from Dollar Tree and i like the ones from the Dollar Tree the best....
