I know i just dont know where to look. He keeps telling me only 1% chance of getting pg with his low count. I have done research and seen lower sucessfull people. Im just so confused

well... not so bad news... Progesterone level 6DPO is 12.6.. it's kind of low (they told me "just a little low) and they put me on progesterone suppositories.. Hope everybody else is doing better!!!

Bless - I just read your post and I am sorry to hear that. My Dr doesn't give us much hope and has referred us to a clinic in Texas. My husbands sperm count is 5 million. :( I thought that there was still hope. I feel so down right now and as I scanned the other boards I got pissed off reading stories of other people getting their BFP+++. I know that is terrible but I just am so discouraged. My Dr recommends this clinic but says he is not sure if they can help we are to go for a consultation for an IUI, but if they won't do it for you and your DH at 6.5 mill what are my chances at 5!?

Hey girls. Don't get discouraged about your husbands low sperm count. Atleast he has one. My husband doesn't have any therefore we must use a sperm donor. As far as the cost of IVF, you could try looking into some of those places that help with the cost of it. I think that there are some that help if you have a certain income and it must be your first child. At my clinic they have financing that you can do. I think it's worth it. I mean, we finance cars, boats, houses, why not something as important as a child?? Good luck and keep your heads up girls!

im in Canada and i dont think we have that sort of thing here. Where are you from.. im at the point where i will fly if theres a way i can have IVF done ASAP

I'm in Ohio and the clinic I go to has really good pregnancy rates. It's called Ohio Reproductive Medicine. If I were you, I would want to fly somewhere to. If you could afford to stay here for the cycles, then why not?? Good luck!

All - I had been ttc for over a year. Was diagnosed with endometriosis, and had surgery. 5 months later.... still nothing. SA came back on DH with 160M, so no issues there either. My RE decided we needed to try an IUI. I am 4 wks 5 days along, and I did not have a single symptom until the day before my AF was scheduled to show up.

Today got the news.. BFN :( ... i know that i've only tried IUI twice but I'm going to take a break... this is emotionally exhausting and I gained 15 pounds in two months thanks to the clomid and the anxiety I got... Just very sad right know...

Well all my faith in the IUI this month is gone. My RE refused to do it since DH count is only 6.5 million. Im so frustrated... We don't have the money for IVF. DH will go see a urologist in Oct. to see if its a varicose problem.. hoping this can be fixed

Bless I am so sorry, I hope things will change, I am sure they can give something to your husband to help his count go up!! Angie 35 I completely understand we did the IUI 3 times and no pregnacy we are also taking a break I gained over 10 in the 3 months, I think we are going to wait until Oct or sept to start again!! Its sooo stressful, well I wish you the best!! Cheryl

The emotional roller coaster is so hard. Taking a break is okay. It means you are taking care of YOU. Things will work out. Hang-in there!!!!

Hi Ladies, sorry to hear about all the BFN and all the stress everyone is going through ttc. I totally understand about gaining weight over this whole issue. I think it's a great idea to take a break from it all, sometimes.
Well, does that mean knowing will be chatting on this thread called: 'ANYONE HAVING IUI THIS MONTH....JOIN IN."
I'm on my 3rd IUI, so it will be my second on meds...just need a friend or two to talk to, and compare stuff with...let me know...and ~BABY DUST TO ALL OF YOU LADIES OUT THERE~ don't give up hope....
