anybody starting 2nd round of femara this weekend?

well i will start my second round of Femara Saturday and was wondering if anyone has had luck on the second round...i have been trying for 4 years and went to a fertility dr 3mth ago found out i pcos....dr said if everything goes alright i should be pg in 3 mths.....who knows....i am so tired i think this will be my last time....
